2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the Radiveil Pro in its original packaging and ship it back.
4. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Radiveil Pro arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@radiveil.com. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
